Donghua Tianye has established the Biodegradable New Material Technology Innovation Center, dedicated to various aspects of research and development. This includes catalyst development and evaluation, optimization and improvement of synthetic technology, refining and purification of by-products, and research on modified formulas and processes for post-processing of new materials. Our aim is to develop high-end, differentiated, and functional biodegradable new material series products. We are committed to building a first-class biodegradable new material industry demonstration base in China.

The Biodegradable New Materials Technology Innovation Center currently employs 27 R&D staff members, specializing in chemical engineering and processes, applied chemistry, polymer materials and engineering, mechanical design, etc. Among them, over 22% hold PhD degrees and 52% are experts with senior professional certifications.

We have established a full industry chain R&D platform that integrates "raw materials development, product synthesis, product modification, downstream processing, and end application." This platform is equipped with more than 200 experimental instruments for the synthesis, processing, analysis, and testing of fully biodegradable new materials, covering a total area of about 6,000 square meters. This infrastructure lays the foundation for technology research and development, achievement transformation, talent training, and academic exchanges.

Highly efficient environmentally friendly catalyst
We have independently developed a series of highly efficient green catalysts designed specifically for the synthesis of various fully biodegradable new materials. These catalysts boast low dosage requirements, high activity levels, resistance to hydrolysis, and environmental friendliness.
Fully biodegradable resin products
Utilizing our self-developed high-efficiency green catalysts, we have manufactured a range of fully biodegradable resin products, including PBAT, PBS, PBSaT, PBSeT, PBC, and PES. These products are primarily employed in the manufacturing of disposable packaging (such as shopping bags, fruit and vegetable bags, garbage bags), agricultural mulch film, disposable tableware, and other items, effectively mitigating 'white pollution'.
Modified fully biodegradable new material products
We have formulated processing formulas and developed preparation technologies for a series of modified products made from fully biodegradable new materials. Our product range includes shopping bags, garbage bags, agricultural mulch film, dust-proof nets, disposable tableware, and more, all under our own brand. These products are tailored to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
