Donghua Tianye New Materials Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established through investment by East China Engineering Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (ECEC), a subsidiary of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. (CNCEC), and Xinjiang Tianye Co., Ltd. (TIANYE). ECEC holds a 51% stake in the company, while TIANYE holds 49%. The company was founded on March 18, 2021, and is situated in the Shihezi National High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
