Donghua Tianye New Materials Co., Ltd. is a collaborative venture established through investment from East China Engineering Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (ECEC), a subsidiary of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. (CNCEC), and Xinjiang Tianye Co., Ltd. (TIANYE). ECEC holds a 51% majority stake in the company, with TIANYE holding the remaining 49%. Our establishment took place on March 18, 2021, situated within the Shihezi National High-tech Industrial Development Zone. Our primary endeavors revolve around research and development, production, and sales of polyester biodegradable materials and their related products.
