At present, the vast majority of so-called "eco-friendly dust control nets" and "green dust control nets" on the market are woven from PP, PE, and similar materials. After prolonged exposure to wind and sunlight, these nets crack into plastic fragments that are difficult to recycle, forming micro plastics that create new sources of pollution and cause secondary environmental contamination. In the absence of national standards, most dust control nets currently in use are 2-needle to 4-needle specifications, with mesh counts that fail to meet dust suppression requirements. In the pursuit of lower prices, quality control requirements are often overlooked, resulting in inadequate dust control performance and significantly reduced service life.

Introduction

Using PBAT produced by Donghua Tianye as the primary raw material, our fully biodegradable dust control nets are manufactured through a proprietary formulation and multi-component modification process to produce a specialized modified resin. Patented equipment is employed to create fully biodegradable flat yarns, which are then woven on specialized biodegradable warp knitting machines to produce fully biodegradable dust control nets in various specifications according to customer requirements. Donghua Tianye adheres to its own enterprise standard Q/DHTY001-2024, implementing strict quality control across 18 production processes to ensure that every net delivered superior quality and truly effective dust suppression with genuine environmental benefits.
