Physical Characteristics:
The performance of biodegradable mulch film is comparable to traditional PE materials and can be produced using conventional equipment. It meets usage requirements in terms of impact resistance, tensile strength, tear resistance, and sealing strength. At room temperature, its tensile performance can be maintained at 95% for up to 15 months.


Biodegradability:
Under composting conditions for 90 days, the biodegradation rate exceeds 90%.

Most of the "environmental dust-proof nets" and "green dust-proof nets" available on the market are woven from materials like PP and PE. However, after being exposed to wind and sun, these nets tend to crack into plastic fragments that are difficult to recycle, forming microplastics and causing new sources of pollution. This also leads to secondary pollution of the environment. Since there is no national standard, most dust-proof nets actually used on the market have inadequate pins (2 to 4) and the number of meshes does not meet the dust-proof requirements. In the pursuit of lower prices, quality is often overlooked.


Quantity control requirements are not met, and the real dust-proof effect is not achieved, resulting in a significantly reduced service life. Donghua Tianye addresses these issues by using PBAT as the main raw material, along with a special formula for multi-complex modification to create fully biodegradable modified resin for dust-proof nets. Patented equipment is utilized to obtain fully biodegradable flat filaments, which are then woven using a fully biodegradable special process on a knitting machine to produce dust-proof nets of various specifications according to customer needs.
